The starting ship limit has been reduced to 1 ship (was 2). This limit increases by +1 at Exploration level 4 and Technology level 4.

The Xenic Farm can now be built and used at Science level 4.

Heater modules can now be crafted at Science level 5.

The Fuel Generator and Battery Array are now unlocked at Technology level 3 (was 4).

Shuttles and Shuttle Landing Pads are now unlocked at Technology level 4 (was 3).

Resource nodes above tier 3 can no longer be scanned with the Scanalyzer Alpha.

The Scanalyzer Beta is now unlocked at Exploration level 2.

Constructing a building for the first time now grants Technology XP.
