Patch Notes v0.2.21021

Known Issues
  • We are aware of several issues that may make this version unstable in certain situations, and we will address them as quickly as possible over the coming days.

  • If you encounter any issues during gameplay, please report them using the in-game feedback tool.

  • Pathway exits are not functioning correctly.

  • Account reset is currently unavailable.

Corporation Request Rework
  • Requests are now generated once per week during the night between Thursday and Friday.

  • Competitive Requests, which grant Reputation, can now be completed multiple times. The maximum number of completions is shared across all Corporations, meaning players will compete to fulfil high-demand Requests before they run out.

  • Licence Requests, which grant Licence Points, can now be completed once per week per Corporation. Unfinished Requests will remain available the following week.

  • All Requests have been updated and assigned to NPCs in Helicon, Raqmu, Syracuse, and Nemea.

  • Added a failsafe Level 1 Request to an NPC in Helicon for Corporations created by players who have already completed the Request tutorial, helping to prevent progression blockers.

Balance Changes
  • Corporation Licence costs have been slightly rebalanced.

  • The prices of Mercury, Xenic Oil, and many of their by-products have been increased.

  • Spacekorn Plain products have been rebalanced:

  • Gathering now yields slightly more seeds.

  • Seeds now produce slightly more oil.

  • Pulp now produces slightly less protein.

  • Updated the prices and crafting recipes of several items to improve compatibility with automated production chains.

  • The cost of the Corporation Command Center has been reduced and now requires roughly 16 Warehouses’ worth of materials instead of 27.

  • Corporation Permit costs and benefits have been rebalanced:

  • Higher upkeep costs.

  • Higher costs for early-game permits.

  • Lower costs for late-game permits.

  • Upkeep increases for Corporations with multiple members have been slightly increased, although larger Corporations should still benefit overall from having additional members.

Visual & Performance Improvements
  • Various visual improvements throughout the game.

  • Added a Texture Quality setting to the options menu. Lower settings should improve performance on systems with limited VRAM while having only a minor impact on visual quality.

Fixes
  • Fixed the “throttle within throttle” crash.

  • Micro-Furnaces now produce alloys at the correct speed, matching manual crafting.

  • Plants should no longer grow instantly or produce excessive quantities after a server restart (pending live confirmation).

  • Fixed shields being destroyed when entering debris fields due to server lag.

  • Fixed an issue on Vallaco Gamma V that could prevent players from logging back in after entering the planet’s vicinity.

  • Various additional fixes and optimisations.
